• Spring Activation (April/May):
  1. Activate System: turn water on, check plumbing and vacuum breaker.
  2. Set System: Activate controller, set schedule & test system. Adjust system as needed for proper coverage.
  3. Inspect heads, nozzles, rain sensor & lines: clean as necessary.
  4. Repair any damaged equipment: labor and materials will be billed as an additional item separate from the service contract
• Summer Check (July/August): Optional Non-Contract Service
  1. Correct and adjust sprinklers as needed.
  2. Adjust controlling settings to seasonal watering needs.
  3. Repair any damaged equipment: labor and materials will be billed as an additional item separate from the service contract.
• Fall Winterization (October):
  1. De-activate System: turn water off to sprinkling system and drain inside pipes and vacuum breaker. Turn off controller.
  2. Remove water from lines using compressed air and/or open all manual drains and faucets.
