Lawn Installation |
|||||
|
The long-term success and enjoyment of your lawn
begins with proper installation. Summit staff will explain the pros and cons of the various ways to install a new lawn - mainly hydroseeding
compared to sod. And one is not always better than the other. Summit recommends a soil sample to determine if the soil is lacking any
nutrients for establishment. Summit staff and the client will then determine the best option for their site.
![]() Prior to beginning your project
our crews are trained by experienced staff at our location and encouraged to become certified through landscape industry organizations, such
as Michigan Nursury and Landscape Association (MNLA). Initial work will consist
of removing all large debris and finish-grade the area. The area is then prepared for hydroseed or sod installation. While we are on site,
staff and crews will keep you informed as to the progress of the project. We will conduct a final inspection, crews will cover their steps
as best as possible, and we periodically perform follow-up site visits to ensure quality workmanship.
